Photomontage Gifts by Pink Blue & You

I love finding new and beautiful ways to display my photographs or inspiration for photo gifts for my family. I recently discovered a gem of a website where photographs can be transformed into wonderful statement pieces: indeed works of art which are unique and personnel to the individuals whose photos they belong to.

Pink, Blue & You is the brainchild of Rachel Tapping, a mum of two, which is based in the Cotsworlds. The concept behind Pink Blue & You is to design "beautiful contemporary art, with meaning".

I think the photomontages that Rachel creates for people are stunning and would look gorgeous adorning any wall in your home

It's very simple. You simply send Rachel a selection of photos of your choice, you select the colours and size of the canvas to would like and that's it. The end result is then created and is an original piece of photo art that you designed! The photos can be sent digitally or if you wanted to use actual photographs from pre digital photography days, you can send them to Rachel and she will scan them for use in your photo collage.

The colour palette on the canvas, can be suggested by Rachel as to what she feels would best compliment your print, or maybe you have something in mind yourself. It doesn't matter if the colour isn't a regular one either because Rachel can match a piece of fabric, maybe a petal or leaf or maybe something from the beach! Your photomontage really is that unique and individual to your specifications.

The subject doesn't have to be obvious ones like your children, although personally I would choose mine! , you might prefer to select your pet, holiday memories, a car or motorbike that you own, flowers, buildings well anything really! As long as they are photographs that you or some one close has taken.

Prices start from £85 for a 12" x 12" sized canvas with the largest size being 30"x 30" costing £250. Gift vouchers are also available.
They would make perfect gifts for a loved one, don't you think?

Well I thought so too and that is why I am pleased as punch to announce that Rachel has very kindly and generously agreed to allow one very lucky Mummy Mishaps reader the chance to win a personalised photo montage from Pink Blue & You :)

The prize is a 16" x 16" / 40cm x 40cm sized canvas worth £140
An amazing prize I think!

With Father's Day just around the corner (19th June), what better way to show the father figure in your life, or that of your child's how much they mean than with a photomontage gift?

All you need to do to be in with a chance of winning is to complete the rafflecopter form below. Closing date is 12:01am Tuesday 22nd May, 2012.
Good luck
