This week started off very boring from a photo and week that was point of view because both boys were still unwell from the end of the previous week. We spent Sunday, Monday and Tuesday stuck indoors with two snotty, sleepy and uninterested in eating boys. It was too cold to go outdoors so indoors was our best option.
By Wednesday the boys were feeling a little better so we visited Granma to play with their cousin and have a bounce on the indoor (and outdoor!) bouncy castle - nice to see them with some energy in this photo.
Thursday Burton returned to Ladybirds and Jenson and I went food shopping. After pre school we played in the garden for about 15 minutes and Burton and I played with his bat and ball.
Good Friday saw Daddy home and suffering with a cold virus! I spent the afternoon preparing for Jenson's birthday tomorrow and I made his cake in the form of this favourite TV show character.
Saturday - today was Jenson's second birthday and we had a party at home for him this afternoon with 10 guests (12 children in total) and a bouncy castle in the garden. We all had a wonderful day and the birthday boy fell fast asleep on the sofa just after 6pm! I didn't take many photos as I was busy with the party so Daddy did instead. Hence no photo for today of the birthday boy with his cake trying to blow out the candles, because I was stood holding the cake!
Massive Happy Birthday to Jenson, I hope he had a brilliant day and was totally spoilt.
