My Week That Was #15 (Project 365)

Quick Spin (97/365)
Lime Jelly (98/365)
Bideford Park (99/365)
Hitching A Lift (100/365)
Showing Me His Colouring (101/365)
Chocolate Everywhere (102/365)
Justin's House Live (102/365)

Sunday saw OH make a start on re-decorating the boys bedroom. The boys and I played and Burton went out on his bike

Monday - we went to see my friend Elaine and her two girls for the day which was so much fun. She made everyone lime flavoured jelly which Burton didn't want, but Jenson really enjoyed his. Jelly is his new pudding love!

Tuesday - I took the boys to Instow beach this morning but it was ruddy freezing so after half an hour we left and went to a new park which we have not been to before in Bideford. It was brilliant and we will be going back again before too long I am sure.

Wednesday - my friend Lisa's son was 2 today and he had a party at a local soft play centre this morning which my two loved. It was so funny watching them come down the slides together with Burton letting Jenson sit on his lap! It was also the boys Grampy's birthday so we went to his house for tea with all the cousins. Burton stayed the night with his two of his cousins.

Thursday - this morning Jenson and I cleaned some of the house (he helped in his own special way lol) together and played together too. He did some colouring and was very proud to show me his handiwork with his crayons! This afternoon we picked Burton up and Daddy got home from working away just before bedtime

Friday - the boys and I spent the morning delivering birthday presents to some friends children who have birthdays tomorrow (busy week for them!) and then we went and got the food shopping for next week. This afternoon the boys played with a tub full of water and got soaking wet. I gave Jenson a chocolate digestive while I was changing him into dry clothes and this is the state he got in! Then we went outside as it stopped raining and they played with more water with the watering can!

Saturday - we headed to Cardiff to visit TheBoyandMe and family for lunch and for the boys to play together before heading into the city to see the CBeebies Justin and Friends Live show which was really good and Burton and the 'boy' LOVED it! It was a bit long for Jenson who got the fidgets but he did see it all. Once the show ended the 7 of us went for tea at Pizza Express before we came home.

  14. Love the slide photo, it's great to see them playing so nicely. I doubt my girls would do that on a slide it normally ends with one pushing the other down first
