Casabu - A Review

I often spend a lot of my time trawling the internet looking for gifts for people which are a bit different and I like to try and find the best price for things too. I do get a sense of satisfaction when I find a bargain!

Asides from Christmas presents, for which I have spent a LOT of time browsing the internet during the last couple of weeks, I am also trying to find a gift for my new cousin who is due to be born in January. My Uncle is expecting his first baby at the grand age of almost 52 - I know he is a brave man! His wife is the same age as me and it will be her first child too. Therefore, I have been searching for something special for their soon to be baby daughter.

Then I found out about Casabu, a parenting flash sales website which has recently been nominated for  the Startups Awards for Online Business of the Year. This is a great way of having product information emailed to you which is always available at discounted price for a limited time. Its a members only site so you do need to sign up but its free and the only contact you get once you become a member are daily emails informing you of the sales happening that day.

Casabu features well known and lesser known brands and the products are primarily for children from birth upwards, but there are also products to tempt us mums too (pretty scarves, handbags etc..)

Its easy to navigate your way round and it features so really lovely and good quality products. 

So despite seeing several gift ideas for my two children, I did at last find a beautiful gift for the newest addition to my family come the new year. Having had two boys, I missed out on buying gorgeous girly dresses so now I have an excuse to and this is what I chose

How pretty? A bargain too as I saved a few pounds off the RRP by buying it from Casabu. I am sure my Uncle and his wife will love this - I do. Infact I would happily wear it in an adult size!!
