The Gallery: Local Landscape

I live in a very beautiful part of the country which is rich in rural splendour and rugged coastlines. I don't have to travel very far to witness some amazing and stunningly beautiful landscapes, and its not until I remember this fact that I feel lucky to bring my boys up here. Ok so we may not always get the gorgeous weather to complement it like other countries do, but when you see views like this, why would you need to travel anywhere else?

    Its funny Jenny because looking at your photos it feels like home, even though I was only there 12 months I fell in love with the whole area. We often walked to Westward Ho from Appledore. You are so lucky to live there...Beautiful place and lovely people. Stunning photos! x

    I adore! Stunning photographs of the most beautiful scenery. I enjoyed many family holidays there as a child. I would so love to live there now. I hate being on the other side of the world to my beloved family - but hubbie has built his business here in windy Welly and we have three children here, so I can't see a change in the wind :-( ah well, at least I too live near the sea (just wish it was a different sea xx).

    You do live in a very beautiful part of the country.  It's easy to forget how pretty England is, and lovely to be reminded by photos like these.
