My Week That Was #7 (Project 365)

Puddle Jumpers (41/365)
The boy, me and MrTBaM came to see us today which was really lovely. The boys all enjoyed playing with one another and despite the non stop heavy drizzle which fell all day, we still went out for a run about in the garden and some puddle splashing. The photo isn't great quality but shows the effort they were putting into jumping!

 Walking The Wall (42/365)
Burton went to Ladybirds so I walked the two mile round trip to the playgroup with Jenson. On the way home as we have to walk through the park we popped to the playground and did some wall walking  - which is what he is doing in the photo.

Puddle Reflections (43/365)
It was a grey and cold day but dry in the morning, so we headed the long way to the park which involves walking along a lane with muddy puddles which eventually brings us out by the river. Burton enjoyed running and picking up sticks and stones to place in the buggy! The park is still very boggy and wet so plenty of puddles to explore and we also saw a big tree which had fallen down. The photo shows them seeing their reflections in the puddle.

All Lined Up (44/365)
It rained all day so we stayed in and cousin Ben and Granma came to see us and play for the day. The boys went home with Granma for an unexpected sleep over so I found myself home alone in the evening! The photo shows Burton proudly showing off all his toy animals and people - he always gets them out and lines them all up very neatly. He has done this since he was very small!

Balls (45/365)
This morning the boys and Granma met me at the leisure centre so the boys could play at the soft play there (I walked!), and Jenson enjoyed sinking down into the balls and popping up and saying 'boo!'. Typically after arranging to meet in an indoor place it turned out to be a dry day! Afterwards we went back to Granma's to play before heading home again.

Swinging Together (46/365)
Burton went to Ladybirds and Jenson and I went to see my Mum as I had use of the car today. On the way home, I collected Burton a little earlier as it was such a warm, dry and sunny (yes really, all those three things!) afternoon and took the boys to a park which we haven't visited since before I was pregnant with Jenson! They loved it as we had the park to ourselves and the photo shows them enjoying the swings.

Super Duper Bubbles (47/365)
Its been dry all day today so this morning we spent an hour outside blowing bubbles and Burton managed to blow some (as he put it) "super duper big bubbles"!! . A friend and her son came to visit this afternoon which was fun for the boys.

  23. I love the photo of the boys in the swings, Harry hates the swings so I have to quickly take a photo to get one of them happy before he starts screaming!
Burton did well to blow those bubbles!
