It will come as no surprise to those of you who read my blog regularly, that we are big fans of Toy Story. I have to admit that even as an adult I find all three films a pleasure to watch and I was pleased when Burton started watching them himself and enjoying them, and re-enacting some of the scenes and characters from the trilogy.
I was recently asked if we would like to review the Toy Story Remote Control Toy Set with Buzz and Woody exclusively available from the Disney Store. Of course the answer was a resounding "yes please!".
The pack features the same remote controlled car (RC) featured in Toy Story when Buzz and Woody are attempting to catch up with, and climb aboard, the removal van towards the end of the film. The set also contains several items to help your little Toy Story fan recreate this scene from the movie

The steering wheel operates RC and is easy to use to manoeuvre the car. I like the fact that the operating system is not the standard box style one that you normally get with remote controlled vehicles.
The 'big one' rocket can be clipped onto the back of Buzz just like the in the scene from the film where Buzz has a rocket strapped to him by Sid.
This is a fab remote controlled car set and the OH and I had lots of fun
I know that when Burton sees this under the tree on Christmas day he is going to be sooooo excited! This is a great gift idea for any Disney Toy Story fan and at just £22.50 I really think this is excellent value for money too.
I was sent this toy for the purpose of this review. All comments made are my own and honest, although being a BIG Toy Story fan myself I may be slightly bias in its favour!!
Hold down an app for a second, and start turning off all
ReplyDeletethe apps that you aren't using by pressing the "minus" button. Continually letting a battery drain will make it die much faster then it normally would. Rechargeable batteries last longer than single use batteries before disposal and reduce the number of batteries you buy.
