Innocent Big Knit

Have you ever seen the Innocent Smoothies in your supermarket wearing little woollen hats and wondered why?

I did until the lovely people from Innocent asked me to help promote their Big Knit Campaign which helps to make the winter warmer for older people. This campaign has taken place every November for the last 8 years and for every bottle of Innocent Smoothie sold 25p goes to Age UK (to date this has raised more than £850,000), and provides older people with grants and information on how to stay warm during the winter. So all in all a great cause to raise money for, wouldn't you agree?

This year Innocent want us to get creative and use these little wooly hats to use in photographs to make it look like the subject being photographed is wearing one.

Called the Hat Tag Game - all you need to do is hold the hat above a person or an object or maybe an animal and make it amusing and photograph it. Now I have spent a week trying to Hat Tag various items and people and I have found it harder than it looks! Anyway here are some of the better ones that I have taken:

Swapped his blanket for a hat instead
big toe hat

kettle warmer?
is there a baby under there?
does this hat have the X factor?

Once you have a photo you are happy with then you need to pop over to the Innocent Face Book Page where you can upload it to the Hat Tag gallery.

For every photo that gets uploaded, Innocent will donate 10p to Age Uk.

Then each week one photo will be voted as the Hat of the Week by voters online and another 5p per vote will be donated to Age Uk, and the winner will receive a case of smoothies.

An ultimate Hat Tag winner will be chosen at the start of december and that person will win £500 worth of Amazon vouchers.

So come on buy yourself an Innocent Smoothie and get snapping and uploading - its all for a great cause.

I was sent some yummy Innocent smoothies and some little wooly hats to help promote their Hat Tag game. The photos were taken by me and I probably could have down better
