My Na (grandad) has been poorly recently and had to undertake several hospital tests. Luckily the results have come back clear and what he has isn't serious which is a huge relief. Anyway, I thought I would show a photo of my Mum when she she was a child and she and my uncle and my grandparents were living as a family of four with their pet dogs.
I don't know the exact date of this photo but I am guessing that it is circa mid 1960's. I love how my nanny and Na are wearing colour co-ordinating outfits! My Mum and uncle both have such long thin legs don't they? I also think I can see my nan in me - our faces look similar when my hair is worn up. Probably more so when I was a few years younger.
I then found the last photo I have of the four of them all together, which was taken in March 2009. What a difference 40 odd years makes hey?
